Board of Ramkrishna Forgings recommends Fourth Interim Dividend
Of Rs.0.50 per share
Ramkrishna Forgings announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 April 2023, has recommended a Fourth Interim dividend of Rs.0.50 per share (i.e.25%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
