Board of Coforge recommends Fourth Interim dividend
Of Rs 19 per share
Coforge announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 April 2023, inter alia, have recommended the Fourth Interim dividend of Rs 19 per equity Share (i.e. 190%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
