Mahindra Industrial Park Chennai (MIPCL), a joint venture between Mahindra World City Developers, a subsidiary of  Mahindra Lifespace Developers and Sumitomo Corporation of Japan, has today executed a lease agreement with Mitsubishi Electric India for a land lease admeasuring approx. 52 acres at Origins by Mahindra, North Chennai.

Mitsubishi Electric, a world leader in the manufacturing of electric and electronic equipment, will set up a manufacturing plant on the said leased land
