JTL Industries receives NCLT approval for scheme of merger
JTL Industries announced that the National Company Law Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench (‘NCLT'), vide its order dated 30 March 2023, has approved the Scheme of Merger by Absorption of Chetan Industries (Transferor Company) with JTL Industries (Transferee Company).
