Nazara Technologies update on acquisition of Datawrkz Business Solutions
Nazara Technologies announced that the timeline for the acquisition of 14,999 equity shares of Re. 1 each of Datawrkz Business Solutions representing 22% of the shareholding, on fully diluted basis, from its existing shareholders in terms of second closing of the Investment Agreement is extended to first quarter of financial year 2023-2024 i.e. 30 June 2023.
