Natura Hue Chem members at the extra-ordinary general meeting (EGM) on 1 December 2006, has passed a resolution to re-issue 19,52,400 equity shares of Rs 10 each, which have been forfeited to such persons at such price as the Board may determine, however, no such shares shall be reissued to the promoters, directors, their relatives or persons acting in consort with them.
