Chalet Hotels approves issuance of NCDs up to Rs 100 cr to IFC
Chalet Hotels has approved the offer of Secured, Unlisted, Non-Cumulative, Redeemable and Non-Convertible Debentures (non-rated) upto an amount of Rs.100 crore to ‘International Finance Corporation' on a Private Placement basis.
