Varun Beverages has appointed 1500 equity shares under ESOS on 06 February 2023.
Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company is increased from 64,95,49,620 equity shares to 64,95,51,120 equity shares having face value ofRs. 10/- each.
