RBL Bank has allotted 18,000 equity shares under ESOP on 04 January 2022.
Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the Bank has increased from 59,95,29,063 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 599,52,90,630 to 59,95,47,063 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 599,54,70,630.
