Board of Sky Gold approves bonus issue of 1:1
At meeting held on 20 July 2022
The Board of Sky Gold at its meeting held on 20 July 2022 has approved increase in authorised share capital from Rs 6 crore to Rs 11 crore. The Board has recommended the issue of bonus equity shares in ratio of 1:1. The Board approved the migration from SME platform to Main Board of BSE.
