Alkyl Amines Chemicals has allotted 19,507 equity shares under ESOP on 17 June 2022. Upon allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 10,21,44,894/- divided into 5,10,72,447 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 10,21,83,908/- divided into 5,10,91,954 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
