Board of A Infrastructure approves bonus issue of 1:1
At meeting held on 30 May 2022
The Board of A Infrastructure at its meeting held on 30 May 2022 has recommended the bonus issue of equity shares in ratio of 1:1. The Board also approved increase in authorised share capital from Rs 25 crore to Rs 50 crore.
