Board of Kovai Medical Center & Hospital recommends special dividend
Of Rs 3 per share
Kovai Medical Center & Hospital announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 May 2022, inter alia, have recommended the special dividend of Rs 3 per equity Share (i.e. 30%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
