Board of J B Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals recommends final dividend
Of Rs 8 per share
J B Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 May 2022, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 8 per equity Share (i.e. 400%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
