Board of JK Tyre & Industries recommends Final Dividend
Of Rs.1.50 per share
JK Tyre & Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 May 2022, has recommended a Final dividend of Rs.1.50 per share (i.e.75%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
