Board of EKI Energy Services approves bonus issue of 3:1
At meeting held on 17 May 2022
The Board of EKI Energy Services at its meeting held on 17 May 2022 has approved increase in authorised share capital from Rs 8 crore to Rs 30 crore; issue of bonus shares in ratio of 3:1; and migration from SME platform to BSE Main Board.
