Board of G G Engineering approves raising up to Rs 100 cr via equity route
At meeting held on 27 April 2022
The Board of G G Engineering at its meeting held on 27 April 2022 has approved raising of funds by issuance and allotment of equity shares for up to an aggregate amount of up to Rs. 100 crore by way of issue of equity shares/convertible instruments/other securities through preferential allotment, QIP's, ADR, GDR, FCCB or any other method or combination thereof, in one or more tranches, including rights issue not exceeding Rs. 50 crore in single trench.
