Mahindra Lifespace Developers has allotted 16,267 equity shares under ESOS on 27 April 2022.
Pursuant to this allotment, the issued equity capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 154,67,04,530 to Rs. 154,68,67,200 and subscribed & paid-up equity capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 154,51,72,640 to Rs. 154,53,35,310.
