In view of the above, the issued and paid up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs 969,61,34,550 consisting 96,96,13,455 equity shares of INR 10 each fully paid-up to INR 969,63,43,920 consisting 96,96,34,392 equity shares of INR 10 each fully paid-up.
