Board of Shankara Building Products approves issue of warrants and increase in share capital
At meeting held on 24 March 2022
The Board of Shankara Building Products at its meeting held on 24 March 2022 has approved fund raising by means of issue of 14 lakh convertible warrants at a price of Rs 750 per warrant to APL Apollo Mart, wholly owned subsidiary of APL Apollo Tubes. The Board also approved increase in authorised share capital from Rs 25 crore to Rs 30 crore.
