Infibeam Avenues allots 61.11 crore equity shares
On preferential basis
Infibeam Avenues has allotted 61,11,111 equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each fully paid up, on a preferential basis to Season Two Ventures Fund I LP, at an issue price of Rs. 45 /- per equity share (including a premium of Rs. 44/- per equity share), aggregating up to Rs. 27.50 crore for consideration other than cash.

With the allotment of the above shares, the paid up share capital of the Company stands increased from 1,33,20,44,120 equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each to 1,33,81,55,231 equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each.
