Metropolis Healthcare has allotted 1626 equity shares of Rs 2 each under Metropolis –Restrictive Stock Unit Plan, 2020. Consequent, upon the allotment of the aforesaid shares, the paid-up equity share capital of the
company shall stand increased from Rs. 10,23,40,986 consisting of 5,11,70,493 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 10,23,44,238 consisting of 5,11,72,119 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
