Mahindra Lifespace Developers has allotted 17,850 equity shares under ESOS. Pursuant to this allotment, the issued equity capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 154,64,30,030 to Rs. 154,66,08,530 and subscribed & paid-up equity capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 154,48,98,140 to Rs. 154,50,76,640.
