Swan Energy decides to partner with Hazel Mercantile
For acquisition of Reliance Navel and Engineering
Swan Energy has decided to join Hazel Mercantile (HML), as a strategic partner through a SPV, in the event Resolution Plan, submitted by HML to acquire Reliance Navel and Engineering (RNRL) from NCLT, is approved.
