IIFL Wealth Management to consider NCD issuance up to Rs 250 cr
On 18 November 2021
IIFL Wealth Management announced that the meeting of the Resource Raising Committee of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 18 November 2021, to inter-alia consider the offer and issue of secured redeemable non convertible debentures upto Rs. 250 crore (including but not limited to principal protected market linked/non-principal protected/structured product/ fixed coupon/deep discount/zero coupon) by the Company on a private placement basis.
