Board of SecureKloud Technologies approves allotment of 2.84 lakh equity shares on conversion of warrants
At meeting held on 26 October 2021
The Board of SecureKloud Technologies at its meeting held on 26 October 2021 has approved the allotment of 2,84,000 equity shares of Rs 5 each at an issue price of Rs 100 on conversion of warrants. Consequent to the allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the company stands increased to Rs 15.40 crore dividend into 3,08,01,605 equity shares of Rs 5 each.
