Board of Man Infraconstruction approves increase in authorised share capital and issuance of bonus shares
At meeting held on 04 October 2021
The Board of Man Infraconstruction at its meeting held on 04 October 2021 has approved the increase in authorised share capital from Rs 63 crore to Rs 81 crore. The Board also approved the issuance of bonus shares in the ratio of one new equity share of Rs 2 each for every 2 equity shares of Rs 2 each.
