Home First Finance Company India allots 3000 equity shares under ESOP
Home First Finance Company India has allotted 3000 equity shares under ESOP. The paid-up share capital of the Company has accordingly increased from Rs. 17,50,41,408 consisting of 8,75,20,704 equity shares having a face value of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 17,50,47,408 consisting of 8,75,23,704 equity shares having a face value of Rs. 2/- each.
