Alkyl Amines Chemicals has allotted 7675 equity shares under ESOP on 16 September 2021. Upon allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 10,21,23,294 divided into 5,10,61,647 equity shares of Rs. 2 each to Rs. 10,21,38,644 divided into 5,10,69,322 equity shares of Rs 2 each.
