Board of Max Healthcare Institute approves investment of Rs 50 cr in Alps Hospitals
At meeting held on 25 August 2021
The Board of Directors of Max Healthcare Institute today i.e. 25 August 2021 has approved an additional investment for an amount upto INR 50 crore by way of subscription towards Rights Issue of equity shares of Alps Hospitals (subsidiary of the company).
