Muthoot Finance subsidiary Belstar Microfinance signs definitive agreement for equity infusion of Rs 350 cr
Belstar Microfinance, a subsidiary of Muthoot Finance has entered into definitive agreements today with its Promoters, Augusta Investments IV, Arum Holdings, MAJ Invest Financial Inclusion Fund II K/S, and Muthoot Finance in connection with a proposed primary equity infusion of Rs. 350 crores in Belstar Microfinance and secondary offer for sale by Promoters and Muthoot Finance for a total consideration of Rs. 20 crore. The transaction is subject to obtaining required regulatory approvals by Belstar Microfinance.
