Board of Aarti Industries approves demerger of its pharma biz into Aarti Pharmalabs
At meeting held on 19 August 2021
The Board of Aarti Industries at its meeting held on 19 August 2021 has considered and approved to restructure the business of the Demerged Company by way of a Scheme of Arrangement (Scheme) whereby the Pharma Business and allied activities of Aarti Industries (Demerged Company) will be demerged into Aarti Pharmalabs (Formerly known as Aarti Organics), a wholly owned subsidiary Company of Aarti Industries (the Resulting Company), as a going concern basis with effect from the Appointed Date i.e. 01 July 2021.
