Board of Metropolis Healthcare approves scheme of merger
At meeting held on 06 August 2021
The Board of Metropolis Healthcare at its meeting held on 06 August 2021 has approved the Scheme of merger by absorption of Bokil Golwilkar Metropolis Healthcare and Desai Metropolis Health Services and Dr. Patel Metropolis Healthcare and Lab One Metropolis Healthcare Services and Micron Metropolis Healthcare and R. V. Metropolis Diagnostic & Health Care Center and Raj Metropolis Healthcare and Sudharma Metropolis Health Services (Transferor Companies) with the Company and their respective Shareholders (Scheme) under the provisions of sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013.
