Board of Mahindra Lifespace Developers approves bonus issue of 2:1
At meeting held on 28 July 2021
The Board of Mahindra Lifespace Developers at its meeting held on 28 July 2021 has recommended the bonus issue of equity shares in ratio of 2:1 i.e. two full paid equity shares of Rs 10 each for every one fully paid equity share of Rs 10 each held by the shareholders of the company.
The Board also approved increase in authorised share capital from Rs 121 crore to Rs 300 crore.
