Board of Magma Fincorp approves change in Group CFO
At meeting held on 2 July 2021
The Board of Magma Fincorp at its meeting held on 02 July 2021 has accepted the resignation of Kailash Baheti, Group Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 01 July 2021. The Board also approved the appointment of Sanjay Miranka as Group Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company as per the provision of the Companies Act 2013 with effect from 2 July 2021.
