Board of Orient Refractories allots 4.08 crore equity shares
At meeting held on 25 June 2021
The Board of Orient Refractories at its meeting held on 25 June 2021 has approved the appointment of 4,08,57,131 number of fully paid up equity shares of Re. 1 each to shareholders of transferor companies i.e. RHI India & RHI Clasil pursuant to scheme of amalgamation. Post the allotment of equity shares, the paid-up equity capital of the company would stand at Rs. 160,996,331 consisting of 160,996,331 equity shares of Re. 1 each.
