IIFL Wealth Management has allotted 10,345 equity shares to the employees upon exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Options Schemes of the Company.
Upon allotment, the equity base of the Company stand increased from 8,79,34,812 to 8,79,45,157 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
