Board of Elgi Equipments approves sale of asset of US based subsidiary
At meeting held on 18 June 2021
The Board of Elgi Equipments at its meeting held on 18 June 2021 have accorded their approval for the selling or disposing of a property of Pattons Inc, USA, a material subsidiary of the Company which constitutes more than 20% of its total assets, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting in accordance with Regulation 24(6) of the said regulations.
