Board of Hinduja Global Solutions recommends Special Dividend
Of Rs.15 per share
Hinduja Global Solutions announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 18 June 2021, has recommended a Special dividend of Rs.15 per share (i.e.150%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
