Indiamart Intermesh has allotted 20,946 equity shares under ESOP. Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 30,36,37,280/- (3,03,63,728 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each) to Rs. 30,38,46,740/- (3,03,84,674 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each).
