Board of Pennar Industries approves further investment of $4.3 mn in Ascent Buildings LLC
At meeting held on 04 June 2021
The Board of Pennar Industries at its meeting held on 04 June 2021 has approved further investment of 4.3 Million USD in Ascent Buildings LLC through Pennar Global INC, USA, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
