Vaibhav Global has allotted 1,30,620 equity shares under ESOP on 01 June 2021.
Consequent to the said allotment, the paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 32,60,75,380 consisting of 16,30,37,690 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each.
