Board of Rupa & Company recommends special dividend
Of Rs 2 per share
Rupa & Company announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 31 May 2021, inter alia, have recommended the special dividend of Rs 2 per equity Share (i.e. 200%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
