Board of Transport Corporation of India recommends Final Dividend
Of Rs.1.30 per share
Transport Corporation of India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 25 May 2021, has recommended a Final dividend of Rs.1.30 per share (i.e.65%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
