Board of Lakshmi Machine Works approves scheme of amalgamation
At meeting held on 24 May 2021
The Board of Lakshmi Machine Works at its meeting held on 24 May 2021 has approved Scheme of Arrangement between Lakshmi Machine Works and LMW Aerospace Industries and their respective shareholders under Sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013 and all other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 (''Scheme" or "the Scheme'').
