Board of Aarti Industries recommends final dividend
Of Rs 3 per share
Aarti Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 18 May 2021, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 3 per equity Share (i.e. 60%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
