Suzlon Energy has allotted 31,26,00,232 equity shares of the company on conversion of 33,603 US$ denominated Convertible Bonds due 2032.
Post aforesaid allotment, the paid-up capital of the Company is Rs.1764.12 crore divided into 882,06,13,005 equity shares of Rs.2 each.
