Muthoot Finance has allotted 6735 equity shares under ESOP on 23 March 2021.
Post allotment, the paid-up capital of the Company is increased from Rs. 4,01,18,91,210 consisting of 40,11,89,121 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 4,01,19,58,560 consisting of 40,11,95,856 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
