Jaiprakash Power Ventures to divest its entire 74% stake in Japyee PowerGrid
Jaiprakash Power Ventures has executed a Share Purchase Agreement for disinvestment of its entire 74% shareholding in the Jaypee Powergrid (A Joint Venture Company of Power Grid Corporation of India and the Company) to Power Grid Corporation of India for consideration of Rs 351.64 crore.
