Board of Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility approves subdivision of shares
At meeting held on 29 January 2021
The Board of Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility at its meeting held on 29 January 2021 has approved sub-division of equity shares of the Company from the existing One (1) equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each into Ten (10) equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each. The Board also approved alteration of the capital clause of Memorana um of Association of the Company on account of sub-division of equity shares subject to shareholders approval.
